PETITION SIGNING AT ILKESTON MARKET SQUARE – SATURDAY 17TH MARCH
Thanks to everyone who came along on Saturday and supported our campaign to keep Beechcroft open. We collected over 400 signatures on the day, making a total of over 1,500 names so far and received 60 protest letters making a total of 189 to date. All the letters have been sealed in individual envelopes and delivered to Derbyshire County Council Offices in Matlock. Let’s hope all the people who felt strongly enough to write to the Strategic Director of Adult Care will receive a reply.
